The Buick Riviera always fascinated me, particularly in its original form. Its sculptural shape was elegant without being ostentatious… and it possessed a “presence” that is seldom seen. Together with the Cadillac Eldorado, and Oldsmobile Toronado make up GM’s “trifecta” of mid-century design.
